Metro-Home has reduced rates on apartment accommodations in Manhattan. Rates through Jan. 31 start at $109 a night for a studio and $179 for one-bedrooms. For example, a studio on Bleecker Street in Greenwich Village, which usually starts at $189 a night, is $109; taxes on studio are 8.65 percent extra, plus $4 per day. British Airways has extended its "London Express Holiday Package," with prices starting at $449 per person double. Ritz Tours has extended its early-bird discounts of up to $200 per couple for its 2006 China tours, and it will also include free travel insurance worth about $150 per person. Discounts apply to bookings made by Feb. 28 at least 45 days in advance of departure. "Premiere Series" trips qualify for the $200 per couple discount.
