Although newly built (2002), the house sits alongside traditional houses with attractive whitewashed façades – giving guests a taste of authentic London. The house sleeps 4 in one double bedroom and one twin room, with two ensuite bathrooms and art lovers will appreciate the variety of original artworks displayed throughout this property, both classic and contemporary - there is an interesting mix of paintings and photography adding character to every room.

Your nearest tube stations are Kensington Olympia (District line) - 2 minute walk and High Street Kensington (District and Circle lines) - 10 minutes. Wireless broadband internet is available throughout.

The hallway welcomes guests with its salmon-tinted walls and pale stone floor.

To the right there is a spacious bedroom (15ft x 14ft, 4.5m x 4.3m) with fresh mint green walls, contrasting chocolate brown curtains and wooden furniture. The room is bright and airy due to the large bay window and side window and it contains a double bed (5ft6 wide), TV+DVD player, chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe, two chairs and two bedside tables with lamps. The bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom with stone flooring, mirror, basin, loo and bath with over-shower.

Stairs lead down to the second bedroom (15.4ft x 11.3ft, 4.7m x 3.4m) which features twin beds and colourful yellow walls. This room also has its own separate entrance with a key – adding an element of privacy and making it ideal for friends sharing the property.

The room has a desk with chair, closet space, bookcase, bedside table and lamps and a superb ensuite bathroom with stone flooring, marble surfaces, large shower, basin and loo.

The living area and kitchen are on the top floor of the house. The lounge (11.7ft x 21ft, 3.5m x 6.4m) is open plan and contemporary in style, with wooden floors and a striking curved wooden wall.

Three windows let in plenty of light and highlight the eclectic photography and paintings adorning the walls. Modern yet comfortable, the room has ethnic rugs, a wooden dining table with four chairs, bookcase, contemporary glass coffee table, green leather two-seater sofa and three chairs.
