Potential Availability Check
This will check that we don't have another booking and that the owner has not told us that the property is unavailable - ie. that the property is potentially available during a specified period.
1. Enter the arrival and departure dates below and click Submit.

After a few moments, a list of potentially available properties will appear below. Go to the bottom of the list to see what to do next. |

2. These are properties that are potentially available but we still have to check with their owners to confirm availability. Select several properties - ideally 3 or more - putting them in order of priority and carefully checking the details of the properties to ensure they are right for you. All properties have a designated minimum stay. This is normally 5 nights, though in some cases it's 7. Tip. You might find it easier if you print this list out. On a PC right click anywhere on the page and select "Print".
3. Contact us with details of your planned dates with your selected properties in order of priority by:

We will then contact the owners in that order and offer you the first available. We will normally be able to get back to you within 48 hours with a definite availability and price, however if we have difficulty reaching the owners it might take a little longer.
