This light and airy flat is in a well built 1960s block. It's just off Orange Square where as well a finding a statue of Mozart who lived close by in 1746 you will also find the restaurant La Poule au Pot, claimed by some to be one of London's most romantic restaurants! It's also just off Pimlico Road with its many antique and fine carpet shops. Sloane Square (the centre of the universe for the London upper-crust!) and its tube station (District and Circle lines) is 3 minutes walk away.

Being on the 3rd floor (no lift) the apartment is light and airy - the large living room windows giving onto a small balcony are east facing so get the morning sun.

The flat is furnished and decorated throughout in comfortable contemporary English style, it sleeps 4 in one double and one twin bedroom. There's one bathroom.

The front door opens onto a small entrance hall where there's room enough to hang coats and leave outdoor shoes. This in turn gives onto the main living area (20ft3 x 11ft6, 6.2m x 4m) which is furnished with two 2 seater sofas, side table with lamps and a dining table with 4 chairs. There's a TV+VCR and a small stereo system (bring your own CDs).

The small well equipped kitchen has all the expected appliances including a microwave and washer/dryer (but no dishwasher).

The (12ft x 11ft, 3.6m x 3.4m) double bedroom (5ft bed) and the twin bedroom (12ft x 8ft6, 3.6m 2.5m) are presented in pretty English country style, as is the good-sized bathroom with bath + over and hand shower, basin and loo.

You're 3 minutes from Sloane Square and the start of the buzzy Kings Road. Are you into antiques? In Pimlico Road you will find over 30 fine antique and carpet shops.

For restaurants you're spoilt for choice. A 5 minute walk will take you to Royal Hospital Road and Foxtrot Oscar, which Prince William (yes - our future king!) is known to frequent. Close to it is Gordon Ramsay's restaurant (he's one of our most celebrated chefs) with what many say is the best food in London - but you MUST book ahead. The Kings Road has numerous bars and bistros.

In Orange Square, right on your doorstep, you'll find Mozart Terrace and the house where he wrote his earliest compositions at the age of 7. Opposite is La Poule au Pot, claimed by some to be one of London's most romantic restaurants!
