Ref: BRO. Brompton Square, SW3.

Attractive practical apartment in excellent Knightsbridge location - sleeps 2.  Map

Price per night £105.  Minimum stay 7 nights, minimum age 12.

Although a touch old fashioned and probably due a good makeover, this property is a great little pied-à-terre in a wonderful location and good value for money. The front looks out over the well maintained private gardens of Brompton Square (to which as a temporary resident you will have access) and the rear overlooks the attractive gardens of Holy Trinity, Brompton. It's very quiet as Brompton Square has no through traffic yet just 5 minutes walk from Harrods. Your nearest tube is Knightsbridge (Piccadilly line - trains direct from Heathrow).

The flat sleeps 2 people in one double bedroom.

The Living Area

The property is on the third floor - there's a good lift (it is quite small so it's not ideal if you're claustrophobic) which opens directly into the living room (15ft x 11ft3, 4.6m x 3.4m) of the apartment. This room has a large 2 seater sofa and three arm chairs, a small dining table + 4 chairs, TV and modest radio/CD player. It overlooks the well maintained private gardens of Brompton Square.

The separate compact kitchen has all the expected appliances including a microwave and washer dryer (but no dishwasher).

The spacious (13ft x 10ft9, 4m x 3.25m) bedroom has a 6ft bed and good storage space. It looks out over the attractive gardens of Holy Trinity, Brompton. The bathroom has bath + over and hand shower, basin and loo.

This is a No Smoking property.

Harrods Sign

It's no accident that Knightsbridge is one of the most fashionable places to live as here are some of the best shops and restaurants in London. Apart from Harrods, for the fashion conscious there's Harvey Nichols, Princess Diana's favourite department store.

Beauchamp (pronounced Beecham) Place with its fine collection of fashion shops and at least 6 restaurants is 2 minutes walk. The Hyde Park, Sheraton Tower and Berkley hotels, all with renowned restaurants, are all within a 10 minute walk as are the wide open spaces of Hyde Park.
