Not grand but certainly elegant, this is the converted coach house of "the big house" next door. When it was sold off some years ago it came with most of the outside area so there's a leafy 40ft x 28ft, 12m x 8.5m paved garden area to enjoy and parking for a small car.
Due to a quite complicated one way system there's very little traffic in the road; you sit in the garden listening to the birds and it could almost be the country! The nearest tube station is Pimlico (Victoria line) though Victoria, (main line station and District, Circle and Victoria lines is not much further).
The house sleeps 3 people in one double and one single bedroom. There's one bathroom + a downstairs guest loo.

A gated street entrance leads onto the grounds of the property and an area where there is parking for a small car (a big car can park but then you can't easily close the gates).
A few steps takes you to the front door which opens onto a small hallway area, on the left of which is the guest loo and utility area with washing machine and separate dryer.

This leads on to an open plan ground floor. On the left is the living area (18ft6 x 14ft 6, 5.7m x 4.4m) - perhaps "drawing room area" would more accurately describe its feel and furnishings of 2 elegant two seater sofas, 2 arm chairs, a central high coffee table, standard lamps and a small TV. The other side of the room has a desk and another arm chair. There's a wifi broadband connection.
French windows lead out to the paved garden area.

On the right of the open plan ground floor is the kitchen / dining area (17ft6 x 7ft10, 5.3m x 2.4m). The kitchen has all the expected appliances including a microwave and dishwasher. The small dining table seats four.

Upstairs are the two bedrooms; the double (18ft8 x 12ft4, 5.7m x 3.75m) with a 5ft6 wide bed and the single (12ft8 x 9ft4, 3.85 x 2.85). The bathroom has bath + over shower, basin, bidet and loo.
The flat is within 5 minutes walk of several convenience stores, pharmacies, an excellent supermarket and a number of buzzy bars and restaurants; at Gran Paradiso on Wilton Road you might well spot an MP dining before returning to the House of Commons to vote. Westminster Abby, The Houses of Parliament and Big Ben are just a 15 minutes walk.
