The flat is on the first floor of a mansion block, making it feel very safe and secure. The living area (26ft x 14ft9, 7.9m x 4.5m) is an open-plan space which includes a separate kitchen (10ft9 x 9ft2, 3.3m x 2.8m) and a dining area with dining table with four chairs.
The living area has two pretty sofa chairs, a plump 3-seater sofa, flat-screen TV with Sky channels, DVD player, coffee table and side table and a modern fireplace. Soft lighting, comfortable furniture and a nice collection of art (the owner has painted several of the works on display) provide a pleasant space where guests can relax.
The contemporary kitchen area combines granite work surfaces with stainless steel features and cream cabinets, as well as a breakfast bar with two stools (which overlooks the living area), dishwasher, microwave, oven with ceramic hob and a fridge-freezer.
Although 'open' the kitchen does in fact feel separated from the main living area as the floor has been raised and the breakfast bar separates it from the living space.

The master bedroom (14ft8 x 10ft2, 4.5m x 3.1m) is located at the end of the hallway and sleeps two. It can be used either as a double with the beds joined and having one large douvet covering, or as a twin with the two single beds close together each a separate douvet covering. The room has plenty of storage space - fitted wardrobes and a set of drawers – as well as a bedside table and lamp. Two large windows provide plenty of light
and make the room a bright and airy space which is simple and functional in style with tasteful art on the walls.
The bathroom en-suite to the master bedroom has a large marble walk-in shower, loo and basin.
The second bedroom (13ft4 x 10ft3, 4m x 3.2m) has a double bed (4ft6 x 6ft6) and a large flat-screen TV. The white walls and fitted wardrobes provide a clean space which reflects the light from the three windows. You will find ethnic influences and tartan fabrics as well as an eclectic mix of art within this space.
The main bathroom, contemporary in style and presented in soothing sand-tones, features a bath with over-shower, basin and loo.
