The house, arranged over 5 floors, is very modern in style and is tucked away down a little side street. It sleeps a maximum of 6 people in 3 double bedrooms - though if needed one person can sleep on a sofa bed. There are 2 bathrooms and a guest loo. Your nearest tube stations are St. James's Park (District & Circle lines) and Westminster (District, Circle & Jubilee lines) both just a 5 minute walk. Wireless internet access is provided.

The main living area (17ft11 x 13ft1, 5.2m x 4m) is the first room that you will find as you enter the house through the hallway. This comfortable room is a modern space with wooden floors, 2 two-seater leather sofas, a coffee table and an exotic leather cabinet. It has a pleasant mixture of textures and fabrics and provides a good space for relaxing after a long day sightseeing – there's also a large flat-screen TV with Sky Channels, a DVD player and 3D capability!

The kitchen / dining room (16ft11 x 12ft1, 4.9m x 3.7m) is downstairs and is an ultra-modern white space with a sleek black dining table with eight iconic Philippe Starck 'Ghost' chairs. The room boasts an oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher and flat-screen TV for your enjoyment.

The utility room, next to the kitchen, has a washing machine and tumble dryer. The guest loo is on the ground floor.

The master bedroom (17ft8 x 13ft5, 5.4m x 4.1m), on the first floor, feels luxurious and features a cream carpet, walk-in wardrobe with a mini-fridge and tea / coffee making facilities. The room boasts a handsome wooden set of drawers, contemporary lamp, large flat-screen TV, heavy velvet drapes and a beautiful leather super-king size bed. The en-suite bathroom attached is contemporary in style with a bath, separate shower area, loo and basin – there's even a built-in splash-proof TV for viewing while in the bath!

On the second floor are two more comfortably furnished double bedrooms (12ft5 x 11ft3, 3.8m x 3.4m and 8ft9 x 7ft4, 2.7m x 2.5m). These share a bathroom with shower, basin and loo.

On the top floor there is a study area - small desk and chair, with doors leading out onto a decked roof garden with potted plants, table and seating (not shown in the photos) – this sunny space is the perfect place to relax in the sunshine or picnic al fresco!

The house is in an area abundant with attractions, parks, restaurants, shops, bars and museums. Westminster Abbey is literally a 2 minute walk and Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament just 5 minutes. Lovely James's Park is only 2 minutes away and the River Thames 5 minutes. The West End – and famous shopping streets (Oxford, Regent and Bond Streets are just 10/15 minutes by tube.
