The drawing room is a spacious 24ft6 x 13ft (7.5m x 4.0m) and comfortably furnished with a 3 seater leather sofa, and 4 leather arm chairs. There's a stereo system (bring your own CDs) and TV (with cable channels available for a small additional charge).

The adjoining dining room 18ft x 12ft (5.5m x 3.6m) has a dining table that seats 8 and sideboard. Also on this floor is a kitchen with all the expected appliances including a microwave, dishwasher and washer/dryer.

On the floor above are three good sized twin bedrooms and two modern bathrooms with bath, separate shower, basin, loo and bidet.

A big plus if you stay here is that you will also have access to the pretty private gardens running the length of the terrace.

For restaurants you are spoilt for choice. A 5 minute walk in one direction will take you to Royal Hospital Road and Foxtrot Oscar, which Prince William (yes - our future king!) is known to frequent. Close to it is Gordon Ramsay's restaurant (he's one of our most celebrated chefs) with what many say is the best food in London - but you MUST book ahead. In the other direction is The Kings Road with its numerous bars and bistros.
