The dining room (14ft3 x 9ft10, 4.35m x 3.0m) has table that extends to seat up to 10. French doors lead to a pleasant outside paved garden area with outdoor table and chairs. The kitchen with all the expected appliances including a microwave and dishwasher is off the dining room. The washing machine (no dryer) is in a utility area in the garage.

The drawing room (16ft6 x 15ft, 5.0m x 4.6m) has a 2 seater sofa and 3 arm chairs, antique furniture and original paintings. Two double French windows give onto narrow iron balconies with plants giving light and air in the summer. A fireplace with a real fire adds a cosy touch in winter. There's also a TV.

On the landing is a study area with desk and chair and high-speed broadband internet access - bring your own laptop.

The master bedroom (13ft9 x 12ft3, 4.20m x 3.70m) has a 5ft canopied four-poster bed and good built-in cupboard space. Its en-suite bathroom has bath + hand shower, basin and loo.
