For convenient London living this is hard to beat. You're less than 1 minute from the tube (Parson's Green - District line) and there's an excellent 24/7 convenience store right next door. Parsons Green is in Fulham, towards the end of the King's Road. There is a good selection of nice pubs and restaurants close by. Although Parsons Green Lane is quite a busy road, the flat is very quiet as it's at the rear of the building. A big plus with this apartment is that comes with its own private car parking space.

The accommodation is on the first floor (no lift) of a modern building and is ideal for a couple as there is one bedroom (double bed) with en-suite bathroom. The flat has good lighting and double glazing throughout.

The flat is presented with a clean modern look with original contemporary art on the walls. There's no mistaking the individual touch of it's female owner who's passion of travelling in France makes her London home frequently available for visitors to the capital.

The front door opens into a small entrance hallway leading to the rooms. The open plan living area combines a 17ft x 15ft6 (5.1m x 4.7m) kitchen / dining space with a 11ft x 8ft3 (3.3m x 2.5m) reception area. This has a comfortable 2 seater sofa and two armchairs round an attractive Ottoman.

The smart looking kitchen (attractive wooden cupboards, granite work top etc.) is fully equipped with all the expected appliances - if you want to cook, this is the place! The dining table and 4 chair share the third part of this living space with a desk. French windows open onto a small balcony.

The flat has a small TV/VCR player and radio/CD player.

The bedroom (15ft, 9ft6, 4.5m x 2.85m) has a 4ft6 double bed and good cupboard space. There is an en-suite bathroom (shower basin and loo). An unusual feature of this flat is the second bathroom with bath + over shower, basin, loo and washer/dryer (the reception area was once a second bedroom).

Local (within 5 minutes walk) restaurants include Mao Tai, described by some critics as "having among the finest Chinese food in London", Strada - authentic cooking from the Amalfi region of Italy, and family friendly Tooties. Your local pub is The White Horse, the old coaching inn on Parsons Green, known by real ale aficionados worldwide. Within 15 minutes is Bishop's Park and attractive riverside walks.
