Our Properties

Most of our properties are either the homes of Londoners who are away for an extended period, or an under-used pied-à-terre.

All are hand picked and are places where we would be happy to stay ourselves! As well as a description and photos of the property we try to give you a feel for the area, its attractions and amenities.

Most are no more than 10 minutes from the tube - often less.

All properties come with their own "mini guide" to the area covering the neighbourhood shops, local transport, pubs, restaurants and cafés. They also have a folder with brief notes on appliances, heating & hot water, security systems etc.

All properties have a telephone which you can use as you wish. Some have a computer and internet access.

The prices quoted are per property per night - please remember we have a minimum stay of 5 nights unless stated otherwise, you can of course pay for the minimum number of nights but stay for fewer if you wish. Prices are payable in £s and include all taxes - the US$ rates shown are conversions at approximately £1 = $1.50 but please note this might not match the current conversion rate. In addition to the rent payable, for each let there is an additional charge of £90 - to cover all administrative costs and service elements. Our rates are based on stays of 3 weeks or less, reductions may be possible for longer stays (over 21 nights) in some properties. Some properties may be available at short notice.

If you book consecutive rentals in London and Paris the security deposit on the second rental is reduced by up to 50% - with a minimum total on the two properties of £500 (€750).

Crown Reach Ref: CWN) - sleeps 2

You are sure to be impressed with this superb contemporary apartment; from the marble flooring to the breathtaking views and the spacious terrace, this property really has to be seen to fully appreciate how very special it is.

Located on the 7th floor of a secure, fully portered block and overlooking the river Thames, this modern apartment combines fantastic views with a great location. It has excellent transport links as it's within 5 minutes walk of Pimlico tube station (Victoria line) and just one stop away from Victoria.




Wyndham Place (Ref: WYN) - sleeps 2/4

Staying here you're within 10 minutes walk of Marble Arch and Oxford Street, Regent's Park and Hyde Park, Baker Street (221b home of Sherlock Holmes) and Madame Tussaud's. Some of the smartest shops in London are virtually on your doorstep, together with ancient churches, traditional pubs, and cafés and restaurants of every national flavour. The apartment is on the ground floor of a very quiet street, it comfortably sleeps 4 people in one double bedroom and two single beds (which double as couches) in the living room, with one bathroom and a separate loo. There's a wifi high-speed broadband internet connection.

Ethelburga Tower (Ref: ETW) - sleeps 4

With great views over Battersea Park and the iconic Battersea Power Station, you will really appreciate this property's 7/8th floor location (good lift!). Set in a secure block, this apartment also features its own private balcony which gets a healthy dose of sunshine throughout the day. The aparment sleeps 4 in two double bedrooms, there is one bathroom. Car parking is available on request.

         



Thurleigh Courty (Ref: TLC) - sleeps 4

This two bedroomed apartment is located a few minutes from Clapham South tube station with its speedy connection into central London. This is a popular area – abundant with good restaurants, great bars and the vast green space of Clapham Common. The flat is on the 3rd flood (good lift) of a modern block and sleeps 4 in one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. There is one bathroom.

With classic furniture and nice finishing touches throughout, this modern property is very welcoming. Wireless internet access is available throughout.

         



Queen's Quay (Ref: QUQ) - sleeps 4

This fantastic 4th floor property is right on the river Thames! Your nearest tube station is Mansion House (District & Circle lines) - just a 5 minute walk, so you have a great city location and easy access to many of London's most beautiful buildings. Housed in a secure, portered block with lift-access, this modern property is the ideal base for visitors wishing to explore London. The apartment has one double bedroom, one twin bedroom, one bathroom and separate loo. There is free wi-fi internet access.

Aside from the great location, this quiet property provides breathtaking views over the river Thames and the city landscapeyou don't need television - you can sit for hours on end just watching the world go by!

         



Donne Place (Ref: DNE) - sleeps 4

Antique furniture, fine art and comfortable furnishings combine with tasteful elegance to make this property the natural choice for someone who is looking for affordable quality in a top location. With Harrods just 10 minutes walk away, lovely Hyde Park not much further and some of the best London restaurants in the area, this property is a great find. The house is in a quiet cul-de-sac so there is very limited traffic noise.




Lewisham Street (Ref: LEW) - sleeps 6

This ultra-modern house offers an unrivalled central location, with Westminster Abbey just 2 minutes away (yes really!) and St James's Park, the Houses of Parliament, Big Ben and Embankment within a 5 minute walk. Some of London's most iconic landmarks are literally on your doorstep and many of the city's famous attractions are within easy walking distance.

The house, arranged over 5 floors, is very modern in style and is tucked away down a little side street. It sleeps a maximum of 6 people in 3 double bedrooms - though if needed one person can sleep on a sofa bed. There are 2 bathrooms and a guest loo.

         



Crondace Road (Ref: CRN) - sleeps 9

Located ten minutes from Fulham Broadway and Parsons Green tube stations and minutes from the Kings Road, this attractive house has a warm homely atmosphere produced by the country-style décor which can be seen throughout.

The house is on a quiet road - set back from the Kings Road and right by Eel Brook Common. The accommodation is arranged over three floors and sleeps a maximum of 9 people in 3 double bedrooms, a twin and a single. There are 2 bathrooms.
