6 people are accommodated in 3 double bedrooms. In one of the double bedrooms there's a futon which can be used if the bed configuration does not suit - but please note that the maximum number that can be accommodated is 6.

The property is on the 3^rd and 4^th floor (no lift) of a Victorian terraced house. The first floor consists of an open plan 16ft6 x 16ft6 (5m x 5m) combined kitchen, dining and living area. The kitchen has all the expected appliances including dishwasher, washing machine and separate dryer.

The dining table seats 8. There's confortable seating for 6, an upright piano, TV with DVD player and wifi broadband internet access.

On the same floor is a double bedroom and a bathroom (bath, basin and loo).

Upstairs are two more double bedrooms - one of which also has a futon that can be used if the sleeping arrangements require it. The second bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, basin and loo.

The area feels like a small village with good local shops and restaurants. It has excellent transport links with the Central line (Shepherd's Bush) taking you to Marble Arch, Oxford Street and The City, and the District line (Kensington Olympia) taking you to Victoria, St. James's and Westminster.
