This flat is in on the first and second floor of a terraced house in a quiet road but less than 10 minutes walk from the tube, Fulham Broadway (District line) where you'll also find a good collection of shops, bar and restaurants. The flat sleeps 5 in two double bedrooms and a sofa-bed, there's a single bathroom. For 5 people it represents excellent value in London at just £26 per person per night.

The entrance door opens onto stairs that lead to the first floor where there are both bedrooms, the eat-in kitchen and the bathroom. The living room is on the second floor.

The living room (15ft6 x 13ft, 4.75m x 4m) on the second floor has 4 Velux widows flooding the room with lots of light and giving good roof-top views. There are two comfortable sofas, one of which converts into a bed for a 5th person, a large central coffee table, TV (digital channels) + DVD player. There is no internet connection in the flat but you can generally connect to a friendly nearby unsecured wifi! Please note there is no phone in this property.

On the first floor the kitchen has all the expected appliances including a dishwasher and washer/dryer (but no microwave). There's a dining table that can extend to seat 6 people for cosy kitchen suppers.

The master bedroom (14ft6 x 11ft3, 4.4m x 3.4m) has a 5ft wide bed and lots of storage space in built-in cupboards. The second bedroom (9ft4 x 8ft3, 2.85m x 2.5m) also has a 5ft wide bed. The bathroom has bath with over-shower, basin and loo.

The area around Fulham Broadway tube station has a buzzy restaurant scene. Try the Blue Elephant, one of the most famous Thai restaurants in London, or the Gourmet Burger Kitchen for a really great burger.
