This spacious mews house provides a rare opportunity for the larger group to enjoy quality accommodation all under the same roof. Spear Mews is a cobbled lane off the Earls Court Road - the house is at the far end and hears none of the main road traffic.
Your nearest tube station, 2 minutes walk, is Earls Court ( district, Circle and Piccadilly lines - tube direct from Heathrow).
The accommodation is arranged over three floors and sleeps up to 9 in 3 double and one single bedroom + a small double sofa-bed in the study. There are 4 quality bathrooms (2 en-suite) and a downstairs loo/cloakroom. Garaged parking is available on request.

The front door opens onto a small hallway, off which is the downstairs loo/cloakroom and an entrance to the garage. The hallway gives straight onto the large (27ft x 23ft6, 8.2m x 7.2m) combined living, dining and kitchen area. The living area has a huge L shaped sofa, other seating + TV with satellite channels, DVD and video.

The fine modern wooden dining table seats 8/12 - 8 normally, 12 when the clever extension is used. The kitchen is a stunning combination of Ash wood, stainless steel and granite and has all the expected appliances including a huge American style fridge.
The washer and drier is in the garage which is available for parking if required - please state when booking.
French windows in the dining area give onto a charming, split level, patio garden area with water feature and outdoor furniture - a lovely place to enjoy a glass or two after a hard day in the town.

On the first floor are 2 double bedrooms with 5ft and 4ft6 beds, and a study with a comfortable double sofa-bed. There are two bathrooms - one en-suite to the bedroom with 4ft6 bed with basin, loo and shower, the other with bath, basin, loo and separate shower.
On the second floor is a double bedroom with 5ft bed and en-suite bathroom - bath, twin basins, loo and separate shower, a single bedroom and a second bathroom - shower, basin and loo. Both these bedrooms have glass doors giving out to a balcony (with seating) that runs the length of the house and overlooks the mews.

The Earl's Court area is very popular with tourists and abounds with a wide variety of good value eating and drinking places waiting for you to discover them. There are also many quality restaurants and interesting watering holes.
Try Langan's Coq d'Or in the Old Brompton Road , owned by Michael Cane and just 5 minutes walk away or drop into the Troubadour (close by Langan's), a wonderful old bohemian café/bar and a hang out of Bob Dylan and Jimmy Hendrix in the 60s, and catch some live jazz or poetry reading.
