I rented this home for my family to stay in when we came for my daughter's wedding. As soon as I walked in and saw the table that would seat 10 people, I loved it! All the windows in the kitchen/dining area and the adjoining patio garden area made it such a pleasant place to wake up to every morning . The property owners of Hays Mews may want to consider placing a railing down the stairs to the apartment. The stairs are slippery in the rain and I fell down them resulting in a concussion. I spent two days in a London hospital as a result. I believe if a railing was there that it would have prevented the injuries. I would have ranked the apt a 5, but for this issue. Anne Kennedy

We were apprehensive (to say the least) to book an apartment on the internet. But, Coach House rentals was very professional and they offered a service line if we had any questions. (The service line is what convinced my husband that it was ok - he gets nervous if there is no concierge to whom he can pose questions if necessary).

When we arrived and met Loiuse, our greeter, we knew everything would be fine. We would certainly recommend the FAL property and Coach House rentals to anyone who seeks to travel to London.

Our time at the Wyndham flat was enjoyable and comfortable for a family of four. The property was very clean, and quite for sleeping. We found the neighbourhood to be safe, with excellent access to public transport - both buses and tube, as well as to other amenities such as good restaurants, food stores, and a laundry. The airport transfer arranged by Coach House took the headache out of getting to the flat after a late night arrival at Heathrow, as did the "welcome pack" in eliminating the stress of having to search for a breakfast source the following morning. We loved this flat on St George's Square! The location was excellent - 1.5 blocks to Pimlico tube station, and we zipped around on the tube with no problems at all. The underground and bus stations are extremely convenient, just about anything you need is available a block or two over in the shops on Warwick Way, and the nearby pubs were very nice and inviting (particular favorite: The Queen's Arms). Also, King's Road a 10-minute walk away (for those with sufficient disposable income!).

The only caution I have is this property has 3 stories and narrow stairs so that young childrem need to be monitored. I was very happy with the location of the property and having come across CHS. The apartment actually exceeded our expectations because it was larger than we expected so with 3 boisterous boys, it never felt cramped. We loved how special it felt, overlooking the river and the Bridge, the location near a park, the cherry blossom trees along the adjacent street.

It was more quaint than I thought, the view every night was spectacular, the area was safe and quiet--a point we were concerned about at first.

The welcome pack was very generous and there was even welcome flowers! Our greeter was thorough and friendly.

I am not very used to working the washer/dryer and the dishwasher as we have help but the instructions available are very helpful.

The consensus remains that the London trip was top of the list so far, with the apartment firmly a 5!

Thank you CHS London for making our first ever trip to London a wonderful experience. I have already recommended your service to a friend. And we definitely plan to return for a next trip and will surely use this service again.
