This location was superb! Nestled in a quiet cul de sac between the Victoria and Albert Museum, the Science Museum and Harrods, the location was amazing. The apartment has lovely views from all windows and accomodations, although obviously not brand new, were perfectly fine. The bed was comfy, the duvet fluffy and we slept well. There are some really good restaurants in the area, especially off the main street - try the Polish Restaurant on the street opp V&A and one block down. Also, turn at Costa coffee on far side of street and wander down there for restaurants of every sort. The little Italian pizza place on the right side of the street was especially good and has live music every night. Enjoy! Vivian Smatt
The apt. is a little run down, but that was mentioned in the description and was not a problem. This was my second time renting though Coach House, and I would definitely go back to them.

Spears Mews was a delightful surprise and an oasis of calm in busy London. We have rented houses all over the world, and this one was very special. Very tastefully decorated, comfortable beds and bedding, a lovely kitchen and 5 bathrooms - we could not have found better accommodations in London. Earls Court tube station is a 4 minute walk from the house, and we loved the location as well as this charming and beautiful house. Thanks for making our London visit very comfortable! We were traveling with our two small grandchildren and needed to have accommodation for meals and for them to be with us. While not cheap, BWE was less expensive than a small hotel efficiency apartment with a kitchenette. And the view was priceless!
Everything was just as shown in the listing, actually bigger and nicer than pictured! We loved our view of the Tower Bridge and the boats as they came and went. We thought that the overall experience with CHS London was excellent. The service was terrific, from Sara meeting us at the flat to set us up and give us the lay of the land, to the car service, which was on time and pleasurable on both ends of the trip. The flat was exactly what one would hope for: a cozy English Mews house in a great location with tasteful decor, comfortable beds with duvets, and cute little terraces to sit out on after a long day of walking and sightseeing. I would absolutely recommend CHS London to any of my friends.

Excellent location, convenient to public transportation yet in quiet neighborhood. The facilities were up to our expectation and quite adequate. The garden was a nice touch and was used by us at least briefly most afternoons.
The neighborhood is wonderful although there isn't a large food shop close by. The buses and underground were near-by which was great. Overall we think the value was very good for the apartment.

The website made it fun browsing for our "home." We loved CAM2! It looked just like the photos on the web and was perfect for our family of 3 (a 9 year old boy). Having an outdoor space was wonderful in fair weather. Very quiet block. Nice markets, grocery stores and resturants. Pimlico is a great neighborhood and being close to Victoria station makes getting around the City a breeze. Our family of five thoroughly enjoyed staying in the upscale neighborhood of MIL 2. With plenty of room to spread out, it was a great home base for our very busy London days. The master suite is exquisite with a very large and modern bathroom. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed with an added bonus of an excellent bakery just across the street! Mary, our meeter/greeter, was a very pleasant lady and was thorough in showing the place and going over the Welcome Notes. The bouquet of flowers she gave us was a nice touch.
The tube is definitely more than a 15 minute walk - however the bus (19, 319 and 49) was a good way to get to the tube station and was only about a 5 minute walk.
My husand and I brought our two daughters and both sets of grandparents. The home was lovely and perfect for our large family. With the grandparents, we were concerned about the walk to the tube station. It was a short five minute walk to the station and wonderful cafes. We would definately use Coach House Rentals for our next trip to London and plan to refer friends. Christine Parker

When you book rental propertioes through the web you never really know what you get until you get there. In this case we met a very pleasant surprise. We found all it promised to be and more. Apart from the weather which should be a little better even in the English summer, we had a perfect stay.
It's so unusual to find that a place is actually much nicer than the photos led you to expect. LSS2 is much more spacious and gracious than the photos suggest. We stayed there as a family of four (the kids are 9 and 11) and thought it might be a tight fit -- not a bit of it! Plenty of space, tons of natural light, huge airy high ceilings and fat English sofas for lounging on. The kids adored the place and I've since heard them telling their friends about their "beautiful London apartment." They really looked forward to spending time in it at the end of a day of being dragged through museums and to see famous sights. (And as all parents know, when the kids are happy, everyone's happy.) Everything about LSS2 is classy and elegant -- in fact, the apartment itself wound up being one of the highlights of our trip to London! Anne Strainchamps

Sara did a great job! We had been in communicationg with Mary too, and she was very helful and when our arrival time was moved earlier slightly she was able to arrange for Sara to meet us. (I actually knew Sara from the days I use to live in London.......what a small world!) She did a great job of making us feel welcome and even bought us fresh flowers for the flat....which lasted the whole week!

Our family of 4 stayed at the CAR property. It was very convenient to transportation and yet on a very quiet street even though it was just a block from Victoria Station.
