This two bedroomed apartment is located a few minutes from Clapham South tube station with its speedy connection into central London. This is a popular area – abundant with good restaurants, great bars and the vast green space of Clapham Common.
The flat is on the 3rd flood (good lift) of a modern block and sleeps 4 in one double bedroom and one twin bedroom. There is one bathroom.
With classic furniture and nice finishing touches throughout, this modern property is very welcoming. Wireless internet access is available throughout.

The rooms are all on the same floor and the front door opens out onto the hallway which has a fold-out table with six chairs – you can eat here or move the table into the living area if you need more space.
The living area (17ft1 x 13ft1, 5.2m x 3.9m) is bright and airy. The room provides a flat-screen TV with digital channels, iPod dock, two three-seater sofas, two chairs and a coffee table, with numerous works of art on the walls adding character.
Boasting lovely views over the London rooftops, this room has French doors that open out onto a terrace which has wooden decking and a pretty mosaic table with two chairs – this sunny terrace is ideal for relaxing with a glass of wine or enjoying a meal al fresco during the warmer months.

The kitchen (9ft7 x 6ft, 2.9m, 1.8m) has been decorated to a high standard with tiled floors and walls combined with wooden cabinets and stainless steel features. The usual appliances are available including a washing machine, fridge/freezer, oven with gas hob, kettle, toaster and cafetiere.

The bathroom, similarly decorated to a high standard, is contemporary in style with floor to ceiling tiles and modern fittings and fixtures. It has a walk-in shower, basin and loo.

There are two bedrooms. The first (10ft3 x 7ft7, 3.1m x 2.3m ) has a double bed, an attractive wooden chest of drawers, two bedside tables with lamps, and floral curtains and bed linen – which give the room a country feel.
The second (11ft1 x 14ft8, 3.3m x 4.5m) has been decorated with powder blue walls and floral curtains and has twin beds, a fine wooden writing desk and a chair. There is also a fitted wardrobe.
Clapham is a popular area, brimming with bars, restaurants and pubs. There is also a cinema and range of boutiques offering unique goods that you won't find on the high street. Clapham Common is a renowned south London park and provides a great place to go for a stroll or run or just to sit back, relax and enjoy a picnic in summer.

Locally, Abbeville Road has a number of restaurants and bars, in particular The Abbeville is an excellent gastro pub serving a good range of drinks alongside French and English food, whereas Belgo serves an impressive range of Belgian beer and food.
For something a bit special the Lost Society "Clapham's most dazzling late-night bar restaurant" offers a great menu and good selection of drinks. It's 10/15 minutes walking distance, or a 5 minute taxi ride, from Clapham Common tube station where there are many other pubs and restaurants.
